Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Compleat and Lee James Online Store (the Store) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Compleat and Lee James. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of the home page of the site.
By accessing, browsing or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by the associated terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (Terms & Conditions).
Compleat and Lee James will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on the Store.
We Reserve the Right to:
- To make changes to our site and these terms and conditions, product descriptions and prices and such changes will take effect from the time they are published on this site.
- To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
- That all orders are subject to availability of stock
- Take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
Orders
When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of our order. You will be automatically added as a member of Compleat and Lee James database. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing information on new product arrivals and promotions, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. You can remove yourself from the email list by using the link at the bottom of each email or by contacting us.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Should there be an issue with your order, one of our team members will contact you either by phone or email.

Price, Currency & GST
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Stores Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), we do not accept payments in other currencies. Compleat and Lee James reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice.
Compleat and Lee James does not guarantee the price of any item listed on this website until your order has been processed. Whilst Compleat and Lee James takes steps to ensure the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect, Compleat and Lee James reserves the right to cancel the order and refund.
Payment and Security
Products displayed on the site can be purchased using a secure online Credit Card facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
Any orders received by Compleat and Lee James through this website constitute offers and are subject to acceptance by Compleat and Lee James in its absolute discretion. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
Product Availability
Offers on special product mark downs or sale items are available until stocks sell out. All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and kept up-to-date. However, any description of the goods is given by way of identification only. We do not warrant that the description of goods or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
Product Pictures
All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
Changing an Order
Unfortunately no changes to orders may be made after they have been submitted. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you may return it to us. See our Shipping and Returns page for further information regarding returns and exchanges.
Confirmation and Tracking of Your Order
Once your order has been received and processed we will send you an email stating that your order and payment have been accepted and then a confirmation that your order has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number so that you have the ability to track your order online.
International Delivery
If you wish to have an item shipped internationally please contact us at clj@retailconnect.co.nz and will with reply with a quote to ship the items you are wishing to purchase.

If you are requiring goods from us for business purposes, then the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to be MCM-136860-1-D1-V2:GT inconsistent with consumers’ rights under that Act. If there is any inconsistency then the Act shall prevail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever suffered by you arising directly or indirectly from any breach of contract or any negligence by us. Our liability for any loss, damage or injury to you shall not in aggregate exceed the contract price of the goods supplied.
Compleat and Lee James will not in any case be liable for any lost profit (direct or indirect), deletion or corruption of electronically or digitally stored information or incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with this website, the content and the products and Stores available or accessible on the website.
Governing Law
Any agreement arising between us shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under the agreement or related to this site shall be dealt with by the courts of New Zealand.
