compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions

The compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions (“Member Terms and Conditions”) set out in this document concern the operation of the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme, the Member Website and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme.

Individuals who join the compleat@leejamesLoyalty Programme and/or redeem Rewards agree to be legally bound by the Member Terms and Conditions.

The Member Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by compleat@leejames in its absolute discretion.

compleat@leejames will not accept any liability for any email communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.

compleat@leejames will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the compleat@leejames Programme.

compleat@leejames may collect personal information from the Members for the purpose of facilitating the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme.

In its absolute discretion, compleat@leejames reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme at any time.

compleat@leejames will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme, including that incurred in the provision of Rewards.

The Member Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, as well as in conjunction with the compleat@leejames Website’s Terms and Conditions.

compleat@leejames decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme is final and binding.

 

Definitions

Activation/Activate refers to the process required to subscribe to the loyalty Programme

Benefits means any benefits given to the Members.

Member means individuals who sign up to the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme.

Member Profile means the personal details of the Member which can be updated on the Website.

“Member Terms and Conditions" mean the terms and conditions set out on this page and as updated on this page from time to time.

Website refers to the website www.compleatleejames.nz where details of the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme (including the most up to date Terms and Conditions) can be found. The Website also provides for the facility to activate subscription to the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme

Rewards refers to rewards given to Members as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions. Members are notified of Rewards via email.

Terms and Conditions mean the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement and as updated on the Website from time to time.

compleat@leejames Loyalty programme means the loyalty Programme operated by compleat@leejames providing Members with access to exclusive benefits and rewards.

 

Members/Membership

An individual is deemed to be a Member of the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme when they sign up on the Website or register their details in store.

Activation of membership is deemed acceptance by the Member of the Member Terms and Conditions.

Membership of the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme is only open to individuals with a valid email address.

At any time, Members can only have one membership to the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme

compleat@leejames reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme without prior notice or reason and in its absolute discretion.

Membership is not transferable.

It is the responsibility of the Member to update their membership profile.

A Member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to compleat@leejames.

 

Benefits

Members of the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme will be entitled to receive benefits.

compleat@leejames reserves the right to vary the benefits at any time and without notice.

 

Rewards

At its sole discretion, compleat@leejames may update a Member account with a Reward as a consequence of a purchasing behaviour, incentive and/or promotional activities.

compleat@leejames will notify the Member via email of their entitlement to any Rewards.

compleat@leejames reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time.

Rewards are expressed in a monetary form - for example, a $50 Reward. However, in no way do Rewards represent legal tender in any country.

Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes.

Rewards can be redeemed at the compleat@leejames store in Havelock North or online at compleatleejames.nz. The currency in which Rewards are redeemed will be NZD.

compleat@leejames reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.

Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction

If a Membership is terminated from the compleat@leejames Loyalty Programme, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.

compleat@leejames will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.

Rewards can only be redeemed once.

 

Returns

If a customer wishes to return a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, compleat@leejames will process the return and forfeit any loyalty rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase.

 

Exchanges

If they a customer wishes to exchange a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, and the exchange is for a product of lesser value than the initial purchase the customer must exchange for the total purchase value. If the exchange is for a lesser value, compleat@leejames will process a full return first and any Rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase will be forfeited. If a subsequent the exchange purchase warrants a Reward based on the transaction size then the customer will earn Rewards on the subsequent transaction purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

Online Reward Redemption

When redeeming a Reward on online purchases, the Reward will be applied proportionally across each item purchased, based on the percentage each item’s represents of your total purchase. This will mean that the Reward will not be split equally across all items.

 

Returns and Exchanges – Rewards

If an item is unable to be fulfilled from an order and is cancelled, any Rewards redeemed in purchasing that item will be refunded to your Member profile.

If an Item is returned because it is faulty or defective, you will receive a refund for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Any Rewards redeemed on this item will be refunded back into your Loyalty Membership account.

If an Item is returned for change of mind you will receive a refund for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Any Rewards redeemed on this item/s will be forfeited as per our Member Terms & Conditions.

If an Item is exchanged any Rewards applied at the time of original purchase will be transferred to the new item.
